Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting; automation a plus)
Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
Highly organized, detail oriented, and process minded
Strong listening skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindset
Comfortable balancing both administrative tasks and technical problem solving
Science or Engineering background preferred
Key Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases. Support chemist with raw materials needed for formula development
Prioritize raw materials for review and update based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines
Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests
Partner with global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material information.
Observe and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities
Gather input and translate needs into actionable improvements
Advance digital, system, and process capabilities by:
Creating, improving, and maintaining Excel tools (tracking, reporting, automation)
Supporting implementation and adoption of new software or systems
Developing simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality
Assist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as needed.
