Job Description: Seeking an Enterprise architect to design the end-to-end, enterprise-wide architecture to support business goals and ensuring that the target architecture and roadmap are aligned globally across processes, applications, and data. Establish architecture governance mechanisms to make educated architectural decisions. Build a strong data foundation with the Intelligent Enterprise Data Platform and treating data as a valuable corporate resource is highlighted, aligning with the theme of treating data as a strategic asset.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of the organization's SAP ERP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning (SCP) digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes, identify pain points, and design future-state digital solutions using SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP
Develop the roadmap and implementation plan for transitioning the organization's SAP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP environments to the latest versions and leveraging new digital capabilities
Manage the technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP ERP modules, MES systems, Kinaxis SCP applications, and their integrations to enable new digital workflows
Provide guidance and training to end-users on leveraging the enhanced digital functionality within SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP
Continuously evaluate the SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP environments and identify opportunities to further optimize processes, enhance user experience, and increase automation
Serve as a subject matter expert and key stakeholder in SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP-related projects, collaborating with IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and other teams
Monitor industry trends and product roadmaps to recommend strategies for adopting emerging technologies and capabilities in the ERP, MES, and SCP domains
Ensure SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP systems and data align with the organization's security, compliance, and governance requirements
Document processes, configurations, and lessons learned to build institutional knowledge
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP implementation, configuration, and/or optimization
Strong understanding of SAP's latest digital and cloud-based solutions, as well as the capabilities of leading MES and SCP platforms
Technical aptitude to design and configure complex integrations between ERP, MES, and SCP systems
Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience.
Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English) at the senior management within an IT team and across business functions.
