Job Title: Data Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Assignment
Location: Pomona, CA, 91768 - Hybrid (1-day onsite)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data related to VM Customer Engagement business functions to ensure that performance metrics, goals, and organizational initiatives are achieved.
  • Provide analytical data support to the VOC, tier 1 corporate goal.
  • Participate in and contribute to various projects related to operations and projects to enhance VM Customer Engagement performance and improve processes and procedures.
  • Create business tools enabling efficiencies by streamlining manual processes through automation.
  • Provide customer escalation support by demonstrating negotiation skills for mitigation of vegetation compliance.
  • Partners with VM Business Readiness on the deployment of operational analytics, tools, and processes that support VM pre-established corporate-level performance goals.
  • Support efforts in the implementation of compliance, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and other VM efforts.
  • Develop and assist with the creation and delivery of presentations to various levels of management, in support of VM and goals.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Advanced experience in data analysis including performance metrics, customer service metrics, goals, and organizational initiatives. Experience with streamlining manual processes through automation.
  • Experience in utility vegetation operations work flow processes and programs.
  • Skilled experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Associate's Degree
