About The Team: 1. The team is made of 13 people, both FTEs and contractors. 2. The team is one of three teams in Data Security, supporting all our customers across all lines of business (Commercial, Tricare and Medicare). 3. High paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. There is great opportunity to learn, research and improve, especially as we work across multiple systems and technologies. 4. We operate in a collaborative environment, we build and maintain access for the entire enterprise, we support yearly audit projects, we are actively involved in 15-20 projects at any given time.
Day to Day: 1. Process improvement experience: preferred working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. 2. Skilled in process analysis, process design, and process engineering. 3. Fast learner with ability to handle tasks in a high-volume operational environment. 4. Demonstrated ability to apply data analysis skills leveraging VBA and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Work Environment: Typical office environment. Some travel between buildings and out of town.
Required Skills and Abilities: Good organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills. Ability to use complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts. Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field. or 2 year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.
Required Technologies: Microsoft Excel and Access VBA RSA Console Active Directory Reporting ServiceNow Microsoft Office. Ability to acquire programming skills across various software platforms
Preferred Work Experience: 2 Years-Related research and analysis experience.
Nice To Have: Scripting & Reporting via Powershell Negotiation or persuasion skills. Ability to acquire or knowledge of ICD9/CPT4 coding. SAS and/or DB2, or other relational database
Soft Skills: 1. Self-starter – be able to take the initiative and start on projects without waiting for all details up front. 2. Flexibility – this is a high-volume operational environment. 3. Ability to accept frequent changes to priorities & tasks. 4. Desire to learn more about our customers’ processes and how the organization functions. 5. Ability to analyze data in order to find meaningful relationships, and then clearly communicate findings. 6. Highly organized and willing to support the team and our customers. 7. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed documentation and meet stringent SLAs.
