Screening Questions:

Resource's typical working day:
Manage support tickets to SLA
Ongoing Support
Point of contact for support teams, user and client issues/questions
Manage all business process and system escalations through the proper channel
Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business process
Provide additional support to the Platform Owners and myBuy support teams as needed
Deliver training to end users as needed and assist in creating job aids or tip sheets
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Experience using Coupa, Peoplesoft, and JDE
Ability to work productively and influence change within a large, complex organization
Understanding of procurement, accounting, and finance processes
Proven problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-volume work environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills

Level of Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required
