Description: The Solution Center Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support. The role involves providing resources and solutions to inquiries, maintaining documentation, escalating issues as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The Associate will uphold the university’s vision, culture, and values by delivering clear, efficient, and courteous support. Responsibilities include opening and managing cases, ensuring accurate records, and following up to resolve issues in a timely manner while adhering to all HR service level agreements.
