Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 3
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Doral, FL (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)


Summary
The main function of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

This temporary position will be in charge of the following (Customer Service Representative):
Takes initial customer emails/calls and answers general questions regarding company products and services
Refers Customers to appropriate resources including inbound sales, billing, technical support, etc.
Follows-up to customers’ inquiries regarding orders, shipment tracing, returned goods, etc.
May determine customer eligibility for technical support and transfers requests to technical support queues
Other responsibilities include data entry, use of internal databases to answer customer questions and writing internal/external non-technical documentation
Documents customer concerns and forwards complaint trends to appropriate departments

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. 
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. 
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required. 
• 5-7 years customer service related experience required.
 

Top skills: 

  • Communication – work with customers and assist them in their teams  
  • Bilingual – customers are in LATAM. Spanish and English is important. Written and oral communication.
