Job Title: Customer Service Representative 3 Job Location: Denver, CO 80202 Duration: 9 Months (Temp to perm. potential)
Summary:
Admin Support for many offices, helping in the Service Coordinator role.
Answering customer phone calls and emails for service requests, inquiries, help handle and resolve complaints.
Job duties/Responsibilities include:
Call taker
Taking New service request
Entering info into system
Getting info to scheduler to schedule service
Might be scheduling services when team members are OOO.
Monitor service Inbox/Email for incoming requests.
Customer phone calls
Help pull daily/weekly reports- help keeping systems up to date
Data entry
Electronical filing
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. REQUIRED
Customer service related experience required. PREFERRED
Clerical/office/ Admin experience PREFERRED
Volume- When weather gets hot there is higher call volume so, this can be a fast-paced role. Super cold weather also brings higher volume. Customer service background- This resource Needs to be able to handle escalation situations. Keep a level head, communicate clearly, seek to understand frustrations and resolve.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Some computer experience- This resource will be working in 4 different systems. So they need to be able to be cross functional across systems.
Culture-Positive work environment: All 6 staff members sit together, this role is onsite. Will work closely with other team members. A lot of Team effort. Team will train new member. Resource needs to be able to take initiative. Communicating with customers and field supervisors and technicians internally on day to day.
