Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.   • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and smooth experience for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures and collaborate in their implementation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
