Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate Representative
Duration: 5+ Months 
Shift - Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm EST
Training: 9:00am - 6:00pm (2-3 weeks)
Location: 255 Technology Park, USAFL02002, Lake Mary FL - 32746

Note - Position is 100% remote of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
  • Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
  • Understands simple instructions and procedures.
  • Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
  • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
  • Entry point into professional roles.
  • Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between task.   
  • Great organization skills and an active listner.
