Job Title: Credit Representative Location: Rochester New York 14623 Duration: 3+ Months Schedule: M-F – 10:00 am -7:00 pm EST
Job Summary: The Credit Risk Representative is responsible for conducting due diligence reviews on new and existing clients to assess financial risk and determine appropriate payroll funding and processing requirements. This role utilizes a variety of credit reporting services, public records databases, and internal Client tools to analyze risk factors, verify information, and make sound business decisions that balance client service with risk mitigation. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients and internal partners, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is being added to support seasonal payroll volume increases, particularly during the peak year-end and year-beginning periods of December and January, when client payroll processing activity experiences significant growth.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees working in the office three days per week and remotely from home two days per week.
