Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and Product Manager to join our growing Client Prospecting digital product management team and usher in a new era for digital CLIENT’S products. This role leads strategy, product management, and delivery of a portfolio of digital marketing products and experiences used by consumers and agents, with ownership of outcomes. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys developing not just the product itself, but its full story − and inspiring teams, stakeholders, and leaders around its purpose. You will join a team which is at the forefront of client’s evolution to providing more innovative consumer and agent/advisor experiences. Our digital products are leaning into the power of human guidance and improving our customer's financial wellness and peace of mind, while enabling our agents to grow their small businesses. This role will support in strategically partnering with key stakeholders around the organization to plan and lead delivery of digital activations that align to business goals and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic product initiatives. You’ll manage a product portfolio and its strategies and roadmaps and lead it to growth and success.
Proactively manage initiatives and collaborations: Manage cross-functional internal teams, and partner closely with design, technology, and external vendors.
Manage product features through their entire lifecycle: Bring products and features to life, from ideation and high-level requirements to delivery and iteration.
Track progress to ensure we’re always improving: Define and track OKRs to continually refine our products. • Ensure we’re delivering projects efficiently: Develop and manage timelines, project plans, and roadmaps. • Generates and maintains process documentation as needed.
Basic Requirements
2+ years of work experience within a product management or project management role (or similar operational role within large-scale heavily matrixed web or marketing organizations).
Depth of knowledge and/or breadth of experience with website production (content/design, SEO, stakeholder reviews and approvals, adherence to legal reviews and approvals, adherence to website governance requirements, etc).
Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
REQUIRED
Experience with marketing and/or web production project management systems such as JIRA, Asana, Workfront, Airtable or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred (e.g. PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, etc).
Skills Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate complex requirements and business objectives with team members who require that context to do their best work.
Skilled at leveraging existing process while always on the lookout for opportunities to reduce process friction and optimize where possible.
Takes to heart having a team-first mentality and demonstrates the ability to build cross-functional relationships. • Comfortable working within processes and workflows that are in an ongoing state of improvement and evolution according to the needs of the business
