Job Title: Copywriter III Location: US Remote Duration: 5+ Months
The client’s creative group is seeking a Senior Copywriter—a talented and thought-provoking individual capable of developing intelligent, original, and effective content.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative team, which may include an art director and/or designer, to deliver high-quality work across all aspects of a project.
Should have a solid understanding of the business and industry landscape relevant to both internal clients and external customers.
Expected to provide exceptional service and creative leadership throughout the duration of each project.
Will participate in all required internal and external meetings, including creative briefings, status updates, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
Responsible for managing multiple projects for various clients, ensuring all deadlines are met in coordination with project management.
Will present and advocate for creative work to stakeholders.
Must be able to articulate a clear point of view and express it effectively.
Expected to maintain strong, proactive relationships with all members of the creative and client teams.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in an advertising agency or corporate environment is required.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
A well-established portfolio demonstrating long-term client relationships, integrated campaigns, and compelling, effective writing is essential.
Strong conceptual thinking skills are necessary.
Experience in corporate marketing and branding, along with a clear understanding of marketing strategies and concepts, is required.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ability to interpret creative direction and a willingness to learn are important.
Experience writing web copy is required.
Experience writing long-form or journalistic-style content is also required.
Strong proofreading and copy editing skills are highly desirable.
