Job Description

Title- Copywrite Associate/Bi-Lingual Specialist (Part-Time)
Location- Remote, must be located in any of the listed states Any of the approved states (<style type="text/css">td { border: 1px solid rgba(204, 204, 204, 1) }br { }</style>Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.)
Duration- 3 months (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Shift- Hours will vary. Up to 20-30 hours a week (The assignment is for up to 30 hours per week, with an average of 25 hours a week; and can be flexible as to the hours during the day.  The expectation is not to be online at 8 a.m. EST everyday.)

Note: Must be Spanish bilingual

Job Description:
  • Translates and/or transcreates language for marketing materials, member guides, member letters, automated message scripts and educational materials from English into Spanish. Interacts enterprise-wide to provide necessary translations.
  • Proofreads translated materials to verify that they are accurate and adhere to our quality standards.
  • Ensures consistent language and cultural sensitivity across all materials produced in Spanish.
  • Adheres to timelines to ensure completion of projects by given deadlines.
  • Identifies, analyzes and understands target audiences and their specific program or project needs to develop effective solutions for those audiences.
  • Manages vendor relationships on behalf of the company as assigned.
  • Analyzes and improves customer satisfaction through external and internal feedback 
Hiring Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Spanish, Communications, Health Care Management, Linguistics.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in English to Spanish translation
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Superior writing skills in Spanish (must complete an assessment) and excellent writing skills in English

Hiring Preferences
  • Working knowledge of idiomatic language differences among Spanish-speaking countries and ability to write for a general audience
  • Comprehensive understanding of health care and health insurance terminology
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
