The position reports to the Brand Voice Lead with collaboration with the Creative Director for Ads and Co-Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop customer-facing copy for paid social, CRM, push notifications, email, in-app messaging, video, and emerging platforms.
Write scalable MOFU/LOFU creative focused on storytelling and conversion.
Script short-form videos, creator-led content, and social-first campaigns.
Create platform-native storytelling for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
Translate partner objectives, campaign strategies, and customer insights into compelling creative content.
Adapt campaigns into multiple versions and testing variations.
Maintain creative consistency, quality, and speed across deliverables.
Flex between partner brand voices and company’s tone seamlessly.
Create emotionally engaging and culturally relevant campaigns.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
Use performance insights and testing data to optimize messaging.
Contribute to campaign narratives, naming, messaging systems, and creative concepts.
Explore AI-powered workflows and new storytelling tools.
Stay updated on platform trends, internet culture, and creator behaviors.
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional copywriting experience in brand, advertising, or growth marketing.
Strong portfolio featuring paid social, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, co-marketing, and brand storytelling.
Experience creating MOFU/LOFU and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong scriptwriting experience for short-form video and social-first campaigns.
Ability to produce large volumes of copy quickly while maintaining quality.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and testing frameworks.
Experience balancing partner branding with a strong company brand identity.
Ability to turn consumer insights and business goals into effective messaging.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
Deep familiarity with social media platforms, internet culture, and creator trends.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
Background in technology, media, entertainment, or digital advertising is preferred.
Experience using AI tools in creative development and workflow processes.
