Job Description:
Supports Legal Knowledge Management team with managing Global Contracts and Documentation changes, working copies, version control, approval process and website publishing process for Trust and Compliance documentation.
Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes executive contact.
Performs more complex knowledge administrative activities including managing knowledge projects, composing reports, working in case management system, preparing/editing presentations, and manages PO/vendor process for Do not Call list procurement.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties may include more complex legal knowledge administrative activities: managing knowledge projects, composing reports, developing communications, preparing presentations, recommending or making purchase decisions.
Skills:
Advanced computer skills including - word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications; and may train others.
Prior experience working with Salesforce.com platform preferred
