Job Description

 
Contract Administrator
Hybrid – 3 days in office (6201 N 24th Parkway in Phoenix, AZ)
Permanent Position
Shift Timings - 6 am- 6pm
First 90 days are in the onsite in office (Training with manager and admin and team).

 
Job Purpose
  • Supports Studio Design department by working closely with Hotel Members to market and scope design services.
 
Essential Job Results
  • Provides Design Excellence and/or other program support by working closely with Members to meet their design needs.
  • Ensures Members have the information they need to make informed design decisions by identifying potential problems and recommending alternative solutions. Collaborates with other internal departments where necessary.
  • Negotiates the scope of each project by determining hours involved, pricing, and timelines.
  • Prepares contracts and processes them for final review and signatures.
 
Experience
  • Demonstrated minimum 2 years related experience in exterior or interior design, construction industry, or hospitality industry.
  • Project coordination, scheduling, scoping, estimating, budgeting experience preferred.
 
Education
  • Associates Degree in Architecture/Design or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
 
Skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Smartsheet.
  • Ability to read construction plans, CAD drawings and elevations.
  • Ability to review property photos and determine design scope.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor.
