Attention to detail (if there are typos in their resume, this is not the position for them) 2. Proficient/Experienced in Excel 3. Problem-solver (Evidence of tackling challenges/making data-driven decisions) 4. Clear written communication skills 5. Adaptability/Shows Initiative 6. Government experience is preferred but I know this is hard to come by
