Job Description

Job Title: Content Producer III
Location: New York City, NY 10011 (Hybrid Schedule- must be flexible for 5 days onsite when needed.)
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Job Description:
  • Highly experienced radio producer with an understanding of pre-recorded and live radio production
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a high-level, live or pre-recorded radio production preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience partnering with radio hosts required, preference for experience working with a variety of different hosts and artists
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-level talent and artists
  • Experience acting as the point of contact for key cross functional relationships including PR & Marketing
  • Ability to develop show outlines, story arcs, and conduct required research and prep; must also have the ability to adapt content to fit the voice of the host or talent they are working with
  • Reliable, trustworthy and excellent editorial judgement.
  • Creative and able to continuously source or generate ideas
  • Technically confident in a studio, with full mastery of the end-to-end technical process, must possess a and readyiness to learn about emerging technologies or new equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire the team and talent they work with 
  • Excellent communication, planning and time management and skills to ensure productions run to time
  • Calm under pressure particularly in a studio environment
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
  • Flexible and understanding with talent, guests, contributors and change overall
  • Strong writing skills for speech and platform
  • Curious, a fascination with music, people and a love of story-telling
