Job Description

Title: Content Operations Coordinator III
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote


The Design Program Coordinator and Learning Administrator works directly with the Design Program Manager for Content Design Education and Development to provide central organizational support and implement educational programming.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Administer Content Design Education and Development programs in the Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system (LMS).
  • Manage course creation and updates, scheduling logistics, and troubleshooting in the LMS.
  • Coordinate instructor scheduling and learner enrollment.
  • Create and maintain program documentation and wikis.
  • Collect and report data for evaluation of the programs and their audiences.
  • Communicate information and updates to the Design Program Manager, learners, instructors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and various stakeholders.
  • Create and manage communication channels for instructors and learners.
  • Guide new hires through their educational onboarding process.
  • Support continuing education with scheduling and enrollment.
 
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of LMS administration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency managing learning in Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, documentation, and wiki content.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain detailed internal processes and logistical operations.
 
Top 3 must-have skills
  • Coordinating learning programs, using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) to schedule instructor-led training, manage attendee rosters, update course information, create and run reports.
  • Time management to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks with recurring deadlines while responding to ad hoc customer-service type requests.
  • Writing clearly and effectively to communicate via email or chat, create or update documentation, or edit wikis.
 
Good to have skills
  • Attention to detail, strong habit of double-checking work, and ability to curate consistent information across multiple resources.
  • Expertise in using Google suite, especially Google sheets, including using pivot tables and v-Lookup functions.
  • Comfort and poise in hosting virtual meetings and facilitating discussion (using Zoom or client’s Workrooms).
  • Managing and editing course files in Articulate Rise 360.
  • Using client’s internal tools – Workplace Groups and Chat, Calendar, Workrooms, Tasks.
