Florida Blue Direct Sales is seeking Customer Service & Sales Support Representatives to provide high-touch support to current members and prospective customers interested in purchasing insurance. This position is primarily office or contact center based and requires handling a high volume of customer interactions while working across multiple computer systems. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
