Coordinates routine projects that support department or functional initiatives, provide calendar support to one or more leaders and/or a team.
Provides support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department.
Serves as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate.
Assists with on boarding of new partners.
Performs administrative tasks or projects such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc.
Daily Responsibilities:
Processing compliance cases.
Working on intake forms.
Working on confidential lists.
Process ServiceNOW documents.
Sending out emails to managers.
Required background & Skills:
Communication skills.
Working with NDA work.
Working individually and Cross functional collaboration.
1-2 years of Compliance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and ServiceNow.
Nice-to-Haves:
If they have worked with Service Now before.
Worked with unemployment claims.
Intake forms experience.
