Job Description

Job Title: Community (Integrity) Ops Specialist II - Account Specialist
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote position (EST or CST timezone preferred)
Summary:
  • Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches like safety. Those who join our team are very passionate about solving people’s issues and are strong advocates for the community.
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with experience in operations to join our team as a Account Integrity Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our users' accounts in VR product spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving account-related issues, including account access and integrity problems.
  • You will use your analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail to investigate and resolve account problems, and your investigative mindset to uncover the root cause of issues. You will also communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure that account issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Top Required Skills:
  • Prior project management and ops support experience.
  • Strong data interpretation skills to identify account problems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures carefully.
Top Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience supporting customer support or account access operations.
  • Knowledge of online safety and security best practices.
  • Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation (SQL is a plus)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, often high-pressured environment.

  • Analytical thinker with an investigative mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep expertise in account integrity issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Run day-to-day account integrity operations, to include investigating and resolving account integrity-related issues.
  • Triage escalations and drive them to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement solutions and develop new policies/procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze account-related metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on account integrity issues and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and vulnerabilities related to account integrity.
