Job Description

Job Title: Community (Integrity) Operations Specialist (Level II)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote
NOTE:
  • Candidate must be available for Tuesday-Saturday shifts (standard 8-hour day shifts)
  • EST or CST time zone preferred.
Summary:
  • Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches like safety. Those who join our team are very passionate about solving people’s issues and are strong advocates for the client’s community. 
  • We are looking for a passionate data driven individual with project management experience in operations to join Integrations Operations to support the community and help foster a safe culture in VR/AR product spaces.
  • This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations through escalation management, QA testing, and systems betterment to inform recommendations for improving the overall experience for the community. 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Prior project management and ops support experience
  • Proficient in data tools, advanced Excel skills
  • Escalation management experience, Prior experience working with cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Prior experience with content or community moderation
  • Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement
  • Experience with data analysis and interpreting operational metrics (SQL is a plus)

Responsibilities:
  • Run day-to-day integrity operations, to include investigating and enforcing on client’s integrity policies by applying deep knowledge of how abuse manifests on our products
  • Improve operations by conducting RCAs and finding areas of opportunity to include providing key insights/trends such as policy violation prevalence and emerging abuse trends
  • Triage escalations and drive them to completion
  • Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and our integrity policies/guidelines
  • Report project status, risks, and needs to cross-functional partners on regular cadence
  • Manage completion/progress of project timelines
  • Support new product launches, e.g. Configuring workflows, testing new features 
  • Ensures product needs and priorities are met via calibration and alignment 
  • Analyze data leveraging data tools like dashboards, excel, SQL  
  • Run system audits and quality tests.
Surrounding team & key projects:
  • Community Management team in VR, Fostering/moderating a safe environment for the client, Candidate will need to be available on weekends as the team operates 24/7,
  • This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations through escalation management, QA testing, and systems betterment to inform recommendations for improving the overall experience for the community.
