Job Description

Job title: Collections Analyst
Duration: 6 MONTHS
Location: Princeton, NJ 08540 
M-F 8am - 5pm
Hybrid work - Tues-Thurs in office / M & F at home

Description:
We would prefer a candidate who has a collections background in the pharmaceutical/medical device areas. Specifically, experience in managing chargebacks and rebates.

Top 3 must have skills strong verbal and writing skills, ability to reconcile and resolve disputes/chargebacks, and ability to collect from people at all levels of an organization

The collection specialist is responsible for collecting from a core group of client's customers via multiple communication tools. In addition, they will need to make order hold/release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team. Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks/disputes are also key skills.

includes working in Oracle and a system collection system to maximize cash flow. We have a situation where we have severe delinquencies and need someone who can drive results. I also realized that I chose the highest paying role. We’d be happy with someone say with 4 to 6 years' experience as well if they came in at under the max bill rate
