Tittle: Clinical Systems Manager
Duration: 12 Months 
Location: Holly Springs, NC (Hybrid)

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • Provide validation and change management support for Laboratory systems deployment.
  • Manage system administration activities for Laboratory systems deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on Laboratory IS/IT requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate Degree or Master Degree and 3 years of clinical experience or Bachelor Degree and 5 years of clinical experience or Associate degree and 10 years of clinical experience or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical experience
Description:
Hybrid role with up to 60% onsite support. - Flexible depending on the teams workload.

Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience, strong problem solving skills, and previous Pharma experience.

Nice to have:
SampleManager LIMS, Labware LIMS, Lab Vantage LIMS
Ideally the candidate will have a strong technical Laboratory IS/IT knowledge required to support deployment and support of Laboratory systems (LIMS/Laboratory Management Electronic Smart Lab). The candidate must have at least 10 years of functional experience and capable of leading Laboratory IS/IT projects. The candidate must have experience with the managing Laboratory IS/IT change controls within an eQMS.

· Provide validation and change management support for Laboratory systems deployment.
· Manage system administration activities for Laboratory systems deployment.
· Provide technical guidance on Laboratory IS/IT requirements.
· Provide incident management support as required.
· Support Laboratory application performance monitoring and label printing issues.
· Identify technical/operational gaps and propose solutions.

Job Details:
Ability to execute QC computer system validation and support/administer the system(s) when live in the production environment. Develops, writes, edits, and formats materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Practices, forms, technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation. Additionally, this position will be required to administer the processing of documents via the established Document Processing Review process. May require communication through a variety of media (e.g., intranet, on-line training, etc.);

Skills:
MS Office expertise ; previous technical writing experience ; regulated environment experience ; document version control experience ; excellent communication/writing skills
