Clinical Support Coordinator Associate
12 months
Remote (PST hourse mendate)
Pay starts from $18/hr

Job Responsibilities

•    Perform daily outreach to Medi-Cal members to help coordinate Initial Health Appointments
•    AVAYA system for recorded calls and Auto Dialer 
•    Be responsible with handling Personal Health Information (PHI)
•    Document calls and call outcomes in spreadsheets and/or dashboards
•    Research member eligibility in Sales Force (Care Connect) and FACETS 
•    Assist with regulatory audits
•    Interact with provider offices for both Los Angeles and San Diego counties
•    Participate in Team and Department meetings
•    Perform other Duties as assigned to meet Department needs
•    Avoid periods for all bullet points
•    Insert responsibility

Required Skills:
  • Bilingual Spanish/English(required
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sales Force (Care Connect), FACETS
  • Health Plan, IPA, Public Health, Quality Improvement experience desired
