Develop measurable, media plans grounded in objectives and audience insights, to deliver innovation and business outcomes
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to form best practices and influence media, measurement and targeting approaches, while also informing tactical planning, execution and optimization
Manage multiple media work streams and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution
Partner with external media agency to drive cohesive media planning and execution across key markets
Effectively analyze campaign performance against aligned to goals for ongoing campaign reporting and marketing leadership visibility
Establish operational best practices around plan development, media investment management, systems and tools and streamlined measurement
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through an integrated media mix
Proven track record in building relationships, navigating cross functional teams and presenting to stakeholders
Proven experience in measurement, analytics and in gathering audience insights (e.g., Dynata, Kantar, Nielsen, Google Analytics)
Proven experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy optimization strategies and learning roadmaps
Proven experience managing agency partners to budget, structure, and optimize campaigns
Proven experience in structuring ongoing media learning agendas to gain learnings that improve campaign performance, iteratively
Passionate about breaking new ground by experimenting with new media approaches to tackle business challenges and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within both agency and client organizations
Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with ability to multitask effectively
Experience working directly with data science and/or data analytics teams to integrate media planning and channel selection with measurement frameworks and learning agendas
Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
