Job Description

The Client Services (CS) Intern works closely with the designated CS team overseeing our client accounts. 

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures assignment contracts are sent to active employees monthly and/or quarterly (depending on client) and received within 10 days of the following month and/or quarter. 
  • Receives notice from CS on work order revision extensions to send assignment contracts to contingent workers. 
  • Updates the headcount report on contracts and uploads document to HRIS tool. 
  • Performs exit interviews to contingent workers via phone call. 
  • Creates vacation liquidation ticket in the HRIS tool and uploads Resignation Letters in tool. 
  • Updates terminations in HRIS system and creates liquidation ticket in HRIS system. 
  • Provide analytics reporting per quarter on resignation reasons. 
  • Extracts attendance report from the Attendance Log for each employee, updates log after report is completed and uploads it to HRIS system. 
  • Makes all miscellaneous invoices in Vendor Management Systems for holidays and surveillance certifications, as assigned by CS. 
  • Provide transactional support to CS group. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress. 
  • Skill in data analysis, attention to detail and able to work multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English. 
  • Works independently, needs to have strong time management skills. • Other tasks may be required as per business needs.
