Job Description

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for an experienced and driven Client Services Associate to join our growing team in the San Francisco market.
 
The Client Services Associate manages assigned high-touch account portfolios, effectively builds relationships with client stakeholders, and ensures clients receive exceptional service at every touch point. This role is also responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation for existing clients through strategic business development and sales initiatives.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage client performance and expectations including service levels to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders such as talent acquisition, client hiring managers, and the MSP team (if applicable).
  • Independently set and manage client stakeholder meetings.
  • Generate new leads/business/channels for existing client engagements.
  • Hit meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from hiring managers.
  • Continually explore new opportunities with clients to increase revenue.
  • Effectively gather and manage information regarding client needs, pain points, and expectations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client related issues, concerns, and escalations.
  • Manage the interview process including candidate prep and debrief.
  • Review candidate submittal quality and obtain feedback on submittals and interviews.
  • Oversee and gain insight into client interview procedures; partner with recruitment teams to ensure optimum account performance.
  • Manage all offer negotiations with candidates and clients to maintain minimum margin levels.
  • Proactively monitor associate’s assignment end dates to minimize drops through redeployment or extensions.
  • Perform other duties assigned. 
You Proudly Possess:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one (1) year of professional experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of sales/business development experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confident decision-making and excellent intuitive judgement
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely goal oriented and detail oriented
  • Fast typing and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with global teams
  • Experience in staffing
