Overview: Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to manage the full lifecycle of Sub-Advisory client relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove service experience that supports client retention, satisfaction, and asset growth.
The CRA will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams including Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Sales. This person must be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client communication while ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
Our client is a specialized exposure and solutions provider offering ETFs, SMA strategies, bespoke indexes, and sub-advisory services to institutional investors, asset managers, and wealth management firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary relationship manager for Sub-Advisory clients throughout the full client lifecycle
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience focused on retention and AUM growth
Lead client onboarding in partnership with Business Development, Operations, and Portfolio Management
Act as first point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and issue resolution
Translate client needs into actionable requests for internal teams
Coordinate across Sales, Compliance, and Investment teams to support fund launches and service delivery
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
Maintain ongoing proactive communication with clients to strengthen relationships
Provide insights into ETF products, service processes, and operational questions
Monitor ETF market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform leadership
Hard Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in financial services (asset management preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:
FINRA Series 7, 63, or SIE (or willingness to obtain)
CETF designation or interest in ETF/structured product space
Exposure to asset management, ETFs, or sub-advisory relationships
Experience in high-touch institutional or wealth management environments
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications Interview Process:
