Job Description

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for an energetic and driven Client Development Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. 

The Opportunity:

The Client Development Manager (CDM) will manage one or several of our national Fortune 500 staffing client engagements within the IT vertical. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and generating new ones. A Glimpse Into Your Day:

  • Manage one or several of our national Fortune 500 staffing client engagements within the IT vertical.
  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including Talent Acquisition and Client Hiring Managers, and the MSP teams (if applicable)
  • Independently set, manage and follow-up weekly client stakeholder meetings
  • Generate new leads/business/channels at an on-site client engagement level
  • Hit weekly meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from the hiring managers
  • Maintain client data in Salesforce and work closely the recruitment teams for optimum account performance
  • Clarify job requirements with client managers, coordinate interviews, gain insight into the interview process, and provide feedback form the managers to the client team
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and clients to maintain maximum margin levels
  • Continually explore new opportunities with clients

Who You Are:

  • Entrepreneurial, driven, task-orientated and self-motivated 
  • Multiple years of customer service/sales experience (staffing industry is a PLUS)
  • Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels 
  • Client driven, excellent relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or relevant experience required
  • Minimum two (2) years’ professional experience required; agency experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships and handle negotiations tactfully and successfully
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
