Job Description: Become a part of an inclusive and collaborative team that manages organizational change every day. Your role as a Change Management Specialist in Business Technology Solutions (BTS) will allow you to help support the digital transformation of a leading biopharmaceutical company in order to create solutions that will benefit patients and their communities. Working with change leadership and colleagues across BTS, you will develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of IT changes, especially in the Information, Security, and Risk Management area.
Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Implement Communication and Stakeholder Management Plans - Collaborate with project teams to define the communication objectives and target audience for each project. - Develop comprehensive communication plans that include key messages, channels, and timelines. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and approval of communication plans. - Implement communication strategies through various channels such as email, social media, press releases, and presentations. - Determine the impact of change, assess the readiness of the organization for change, identify key stakeholders, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation. 2. Write and Edit Content - Write engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, website content, and email newsletters. - Ensure accurate and consistent messaging across all communication materials. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and readability. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication writing. 4. Conduct Interviews - Conduct interviews with project stakeholders to gather insights and success stories. - Incorporate key findings and recommendations into written communication materials. 5. Monitor and Analyze Adoption and Communication Effectiveness - Analyze communication metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement rates, to identify areas for improvement. - Conduct regular audits of communication materials to ensure alignment with project goals. - Provide insights and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders based on communication and adoption analysis. 6. Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders - Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure effective communication strategies and content. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. - Represent the organization in external meetings and events, as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Organization Development or related field. - Proven experience in developing and executing effective change and communication strategies. - Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling. - Proficiency in using various communication tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
