The Administrative Support professional will assist patients and staff with registration processes, provide technical support, and contribute to the daily operations of a primary care practice. This role also involves training local teams and supporting transitions to new technology systems.
Provide technical support to patients and assist with the registration process.
Answer patient questions in person and over the phone, including proactive outreach to patients.
Train local teams on the registration process and support transitions to new technology systems.
Occasionally travel to other office locations within the Atlanta market to support training events.
Participate in daily operations of a primary care practice, including:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
Assisting with front desk inquiries.
Ensuring general upkeep and organization of the clinical space.
1 year of experience in a high-touch customer service or patient-facing role in a healthcare setting (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to adapt to change, remain proactive under pressure, and take initiative on challenges.
Proficiency with computer technology, including:
Typing and internet navigation.
Using new mobile smartphone applications.
Working with multiple software systems simultaneously.
