Job Title – Business Systems Analyst Location – Remote Duration – 12+ Months
Job Description: As a Core HR BSA, your primary focus will be supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HR applications. You will leverage your HR systems and business process expertise as the liaison between the HR Centers of Excellence and Client’s Technology teams. You will act as a trusted advisor and key stakeholder for the projects and initiatives that support Client’s HR priorities. You will work with IT to troubleshoot production issues and to deliver systems enhancements through requirements gathering and refinement, collaborative solution design, testing and validation.
As a business systems analyst, you will:
Assist with identifying, designing, and implementing new system functionality and improvements to existing systems. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with technology to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions; while coordinating user acceptance testing and business validation; and communicating changes to impacted stakeholders.
Create, modify, and deliver reports and data extracts in accordance with data governance and security requirements to support business operations.
Act as contact for end users with system issues or problems. You will be responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track software and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational.
Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
Manage and coordinate aspects of small solution deliveries, internal projects, and process improvements including change management and training.
Document processes clearly and thoroughly, and train others on these processes.
We’d love to hear from people with:
2+ years of functional experience with HCM systems including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, and Eightfold ATS
2+ years of expertise with SuccessFactors Report Stories and Canvas reporting
Understanding of SuccessFactors role-based permissions and workflow configuration
Experience using Jira to track system requirements, design, testing and implementation
Proficiency using Teams and Microsoft Office Suite to collaborate
Understanding of HR business objectives, strategies, and workflow processes
Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Requirements, gathering, refinement and documentation skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to convey technical information
Excellent customer service skills providing end-user support and training
