Title: Business Performance Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: Oakland, CA- The role will be hybrid 2 days in OGO.
Position Summary The Business Performance Analyst, Expert’s primary function will be to collaborate with stakeholders from Electric Transmission and Substation Operations and develop Power Apps to help with Operational reporting. He/She will evolve the role to lead clients from simple, preexisting business intelligence solutions to forwardlooking "what's next" capabilities using more advanced predictive and prescriptive tools. The successful candidate will work across functional teams and partner with peers and leaders on process change implementation and ongoing measurement and reporting.
Job Requirements: Ability to develop PowerApps from scratch. Clarity in concepts of Canvas vs Model driven app. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve bugs. Skilled in designing Power Automate Flow required to automate tasks. Knowledge of available connectors to develop the app based on business requirements. Understands the importance of app deployment tasks. Able to deploy app versions seamlessly. Demonstrates skills required to develop app for mobile audience.
Must have: 3 years of Power Platform experience: Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, and the ability to customize SharePoint lists. Experience cascading at all levels within the org hierarchy. Data modeling skills: The ability to design efficient databases, ensure data integrity, relationship and transform data. Dataverse skills: Understanding of integrating data into Dataverse, Environment, Dynamic 365, ability to Create tables, implement business rules. Communication skills: The ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical users.
