Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Insights Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value. Through the use of data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques, the analyst will effectively interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to help improve our staffing solutions. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in BI tools and applications, along with strong analytical skills to provide strategic recommendations based on data findings. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our MSP staffing services.
 
Effective communication skills are also essential, as the analyst will need to explain complex data in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical team members. Partner with Delivery to provide business reporting and analytic insights that support program growth, improvement, and initiatives completion. This position is responsible for the delivery of BI solutions utilizing Tableau, IntelliReach and other tools as deemed necessary. Proactively investigate opportunities to increase the value of the BI solutions currently in place, as well as recommend new approaches to aid in decision-making. Program SLAs/KPIs will be used to measure program performance and aid in prioritization of support.
 
Apply knowledge of Business Intelligence methodologies in supporting our internal and external customers. Seek out solutions and recommendations to fulfill business requirements. Encourages the use of story lines to explain data trends and anomalies to our Delivery and Engagement Partners. Introduce new analysis and methodologies to evaluate program performance and identify opportunity for delivery improvement.
 
High business acumen and excellent communication skills are required to build relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization from Managing Director to Program Managers. Partner with the BI Product Development Team to provide feedback from Delivery on new products, existing product enhancement, and business requirements that provide value to the organization. Change management skills are essential as the data drives decision making and program performance. Share experiences and expertise with colleagues to enhance both the technical and business acumen of the broader Business Intelligence team.
 
Required Skills:
Core Responsibilities:
· Deliver Existing Report Inventory On-Time (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) · Enhance / Refresh Existing Report Inventory
· Create New Reports (Requirements / Design / Feedback / Deliver)
· Monitor, Prioritize & Complete Gemini ticket requests (Subtypes = Ad-hoc & Analytics/Insights)
· Perform quality assurance assessments to ensure data integrity.
· Lead training demo’s for client dashboards and BI tools to support implementations and upskill delivery partners.
· Schedule & Attend Monthly Delivery Team Meetings
· Support project initiatives including but not limited to leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools.
· Lead, Attend & invest in Learning & Development Events · QBR Support
· IntelliReach Training Sessions (i.e. Talent Loupe, Custom Analytics, Toolbox)
· Ensure Successful New Program Launches Strategic Responsibilities
· Partner with Delivery Directors & Program Managers to understand strategic initiative priorities to deliver actionable insights that drive value.
· Ensure you are informed and sharing comparative and market trending results with Delivery and Engagement including Benchmarking, Cost Savings, and client business research.
· The Analyst will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technology to continuously improve data analysis processes and outcomes.
· Identification of possible Business Intelligence as a Service opportunities.
· Collaborate with organizational partners / leadership to share voice of the customer and identify internal development opportunities.
· Present to program stakeholders during monthly and quarterly business reviews to influence best in class solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and improve business processes.

Tenure:
2-4 years of related experience

Experience:
Relevant work experience in data analysis or business intelligence is highly valued and/or experience within MSP Staffing Industry operations.

Communication:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external client stakeholders.

Technical:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent data visualization tool.

Problem Solving:
Candidate should possess problem-solving abilities and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
 
Required Years of Experience:
2-4 years of related experience
 
Desired Skills:
· Industry knowledge: Experience in MSP / Staffing / Workforce Management Consulting with an understanding of program SLA / KPI performance metrics.
 · Experience in client support or a similar role in a global or multinational environment.
· Ability to provide descriptive / diagnostic analytics for recurring business reviews
· Utilize prescriptive analytical thinking to provide insights for decisioning on market rate adjustments, supplier selections, optimizations, and attrition predictions.
· Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other statistical programming languages.
