Job title: Business Consultant / Financial Advisor Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension) Working hours: Standard 8:30 to 5:00 pm – 7.5 hours/day Location: Toronto, ON (2 days/week in office (flexible))
Summary:
This team provides governance for the entire Portfolio.
Financial focused.
Looked at each CIO’s portfolio & present monthly information to them in PowerPoint.
Business Analysis (but not requirement gathering).
Must be able to own Processes.
Must have:
3 to 5 years’ experience in Business Case analysis / Finance.
Solid communication skills – in front of Business Leaders.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excel (Advanced, pivots, etc.)
Must be comfortable working in an unstructured environment – able to connect dots (no hand holding).
Autonomous – independent and able to work on their own.
Eager to learn & develop.
PowerPoint (expert).
Able to work with large Data sets (which will be provided) & perform financial analysis.
Nice to have:
Banking/Financial industry
Open to recent grads who are eager to learn and advance
A combination of skill sets: Finance & how to work in the Tech world for Financial analysis.
Accounting expertise. Ideally, a CMA is a better fit.
