Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Senior Associate
Location: Remote
Duration: 7 + months
 
Remote Part-Time 20 hours a week. 5 days a week working 4 hours per day. Flexible on time.
 
Documentation experience is a must have.
 
Job Details: This role functions as the liaison between functional business units and the IS organization. Must possess the skills to clearly capture and articulate the client's processes, partner with the client to identify process improvement, and translate strategies into information solutions. Requires strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes, identify problems, and develop solutions. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows. Must pay close attention to detail to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and implemented. Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams, so strong collaboration skills are essential.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Meeting with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for projects or systems.
Creating and maintaining documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process maps.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into project decisions.
Generating reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
 
Top 3 must have skills:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements for projects or systems.
Knowledge on GxP and SOX Processes.
Creating test plans and scripts, conducting testing, and validating that systems meet requirements and are user-friendly.
Documenting current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Assisting with project management activities, such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing scope changes.
 
Basic Qualification:
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
 
Possible Extension: Yes
Red Flags: Lack of documentation experience 2+ year required
