About The Role:
Client is seeking a Business Analyst CW to support cross-functional initiatives through clear requirements definition, data-informed insights, and structured execution.
In this time-bound role, you will work with internal stakeholders to help document business needs, support technical troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to project delivery across multiple workstreams.
This position is expected to be performed in alignment with Meta policies and applicable legal requirements for temporary engagements.
Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support technical debugging efforts by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, coordinating inputs, and tracking resolution progress.
Maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and execution documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear written and verbal communications for varied audiences.
Apply basic AI concepts and tools (e.g., prompt-based analysis, summarization, lightweight automation) to improve documentation and workflow efficiency where appropriate.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure.
Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, well-organized, and aligned to defined timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program/project coordination, operations, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience supporting technical debugging or issue triage in collaboration with engineering or technical teams.
Project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
Basic AI skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and practical application to analysis and documentation).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured outputs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

? Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects: Management of access for vendors depending on job role. Currently sits in security org but will be transferred to operations team due to the duties of the role.
? Typical Day in the Role: managing access, permissions, creating new plans, tooling support for critical launches for new hires. A lot of time will be spent on troubleshooting errors. Will meet with manager and team regularly as well
? Interview Process/Format: 2 rounds ( 1 with manager, another with manager’s manager)
