As a Business Analyst, you will provide data management processes such as accessing raw data feeds, building queries, and writing code to organize data and designing reports that present proper visualization for business performance. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.Taking ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies.Building and managing related key performance indicators KPIs to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.Monitoring existent metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.Supporting crossfunctional teams on the daytoday execution of the existent program implementation.Generating complex queries to dive deep on process issuesInnovating to improve customer experienceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field 5 years of relevant professional experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis 5 years of experience with Excel including use of lookups and pivot tables 5 years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA and work experience in a technical field is highly desired Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Intermediate knowledge of LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodologies and familiarity with business intelligence tools Advanced knowledge of programming languages Written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently
