Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 4 Months
About the Role We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone early in their BI career who is strong in data manipulation, KPI visualization, and trend analysis, and who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to build reliable dashboards, define metrics, and surface insights that improve how teams operate.
What You’ll Do
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Sigma and Mode
Track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational and strategic use
Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and convert them into data insights
Analyze trends, performance drivers, and variances to support decision-making
Manipulate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work with WMS and TMS data to support supply chain and logistics reporting
Define, document, and standardize metrics to establish a single source of truth
Communicate insights through clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations
Take ownership of dashboards and analyses, continuously improving data quality and processes
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related role
Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards using Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Experience with data manipulation and transformation (SQL preferred)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback
Nice to Have
Experience with WMS, TMS, or supply chain/logistics systems
Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks
Experience analyzing time-series and operational performance data
Interest in growing into advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting
