About the role:
Client is looking for a dynamic Operations Analyst who exemplifies Client's values and is passionate about driving results. In this role, you will be pivotal in the successful implementation and onboarding of partners into the A&C Partner Program Ecosystem. Your exceptional project management skills, ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, and experience driving large-scale initiatives will be key in transitioning Partners into the program.


As the Operations Analyst, you will manage the execution of this strategic project, ensuring smooth integration across multiple business functions. You will play a critical role in helping Client expand its partner network, working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet critical milestones and business objectives.


The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the ability to act as a trusted advisor, and be a proactive, results-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Lead End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the transition of partners into the A&C Partner Program Ecosystem, ensuring timely and successful onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Legal, Strategy, Support, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and Execute Transition Plans: Build and manage a comprehensive transition plan, including all related activities, processes, and timelines in close collaboration with the shared services team.
  • Drive Internal/External Enablement: Work with key stakeholders to enable both internal and external teams for a successful transition.
  • Change Management & Reporting: Manage change and track all project deliverables, providing regular status updates and reports on milestones.
  • Identify and Resolve Obstacles: Proactively address risks or dependencies that may hinder project success, ensuring seamless integration across various teams and functions.
 
Requirements:
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in consulting, operations, or program management roles, or 3+ years of experience in a technology-focused organization, with a focus on partner programs, business operations, or similar.
  • Experience managing large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies and working with sales/field teams is a plus.
 
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong project management experience, including end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading projects in matrixed environments, managing dependencies, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders in a professional and clear manner.
  • Comfortable with change management and ensuring adoption across cross-functional teams.

Education:
  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
