Day-to Day Responsibilities: Exception Processing Mapping - Create .kmz and spatial joins in Excel to determine potential access issues related to CROPS, Government Lands, etc. Create work orders for released access issues and send to vendors with notes regarding appointments, gate codes, special instructions, contact info, etc. Tracking and oversight of constrained inspections to actively mitigate the potential for non-compliant inspections and not meeting risk mitigation commitment. - Drive down 'double dip' inspection charges for access issues. - Assist in development and monitoring of data management tools to provide more timely and accurate status reporting to management. - Identify follow-up actions required by various stakeholders in the inspection workflow. - An additional resource can take advantage of the data management tools and process improvements being developed, to provide more timely and accurate status reporting to management and to identify follow-up actions required by various stakeholders in the inspection workflow. Contacting customers to arrange appointments for inspections and track to ensure completion.
Requisitions Create requisitions in Ariba for all scope, including Commissioning, GO165 Compliance Sweep, and yearly scope. - work closely with internal invoicing resource to ensure validation occurs seamlessly - ensure accuracy of PREQs and will work closely with procurement and vendors for any issues that may arise.
Planning & Scheduling - Scope Releases Create work orders taking all the necessary steps to ensure accuracy of scope - Conduct analysis to ensure inspections have not been released yet - Gather planned scope and organize data (by resource, location, the timing of inspection, etc) into script - Rename work orders based on bucket (Commissioning, GO165 Sweep, 2x Per Year, AOC) - Run script through SAP to create draft work orders --If errors occur, clean data (remove inactive FLOCs, repair structure data, rearrange structures to build larger WO) -- Rerun script to recheck errors - Run script to create actual work orders - Organize work orders by resource and submit IT tickets to move work orders to appropriate inspection groups in ClickSchedule - Validate with resources that all work orders have been loaded into their ClickSchedule hierarchies Scope Packages - Organize scope by vendor, type (360 vs ground), bucket (Follow-Up, GO165 Sweep, Commissioning, etc), priority (due date) in Excel - Assign Block IDs - Share scope files with vendors via email and SharePoint Update source sheets and ensure the dashboard have updated appropriately - If not, troubleshoot with Data Science or PADI
Planning & Scheduling - Scope Removals Remove scope from vendors as needed - Remove FLOCs from work orders - Update source sheets so dashboards reflect changes
AdHoc Reporting / Data Analysis 'Support Planning & Scheduling Advisor/Analyst to run both regular weekly/daily reports, ad hoc reports internally and externally as well as any special analysis needed to resolve issues/process improvements such as 1, 2, skip a few, reports related to finance/cost analysis, supporting any issues that arise from vendors or internally such as data discrepancies. - Identify data discrepancies through SAP, InspectApp, EZYViewer research - Using systems like SAS Enterprise, SAS VA, SAP, PowerBi, Python, WiSDM to: -- Report on historical performance (by structure, region, resource, etc.) --Find sync issues --Understand trends in survey results (by inspector, resource, type of inspection) - Validate inspections are populating in dashboards (SAS, Power BI) -- If not, contact Data Science and PADI and follow through to resolution. - Communicate with InspectApp/InspectForce team both internal to Inspections and IT regarding sync issues and tracking resolution Performance Tracking - Track the completion of various scopes on weekly/daily basis
Knowledge & Skills - data management (data structure and controls design, data querying, and report development) - time management (manage resolution of work to align with workflow due dates and inspection due dates) - comfortable engaging multiple SMEs across multiple organizations, presenting issues and potential solutions, and securing support and/or buy-in from stakeholders and support partners - project tracking from issue ID, causal analysis, solutioning, through resolution of issue - data visualization reporting and dashboard development Software proficiency - MS Office Suite, SAS, SAP, PowerBI, SQL, Python SAP SME - Help individuals frequently in navigating work orders, maintenance plans, mdocs, FLOC/Equipment data) - Has prior experience with SAP transformations, especially as it pertains to data cleansing and validation. With S/4HANA transformation at Client, this could be valuable. ArcGIS - Join different visual layers/maps (districts, FLOCs, circuits, hexbins, constrained areas) to create tables of data to work with more effectively
