Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 91361 - onsite daily, no hybrid schedule Duration: 12 months M-F 7am-4pm
Scope of Project: Gathers documents and research data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources as needed.

Industry experience: The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform basic quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze data and information.
Years of experience: The candidate will possess minimum of one year of experience in the field of analysis.
Soft skills: Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Meter Service Requests (MSR) management including, posting and documenting inspections, customer applications
Pre set meter management
MSR exception management
Meter/MSR related reporting (SLA, Public Authority)
Gathers documents and research data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources as needed
Deals regularly with information and issues having a minor to moderate department and/or corporate impact
Required Skills:
Experience in administrative role
Experience with customer service, computer software, on?line applications, office equipment, and filing systems
Work order package splitting and preparation for construction and inspection
Provides information and support to the District and Hub, as needed
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of department policies, practices, and procedures
