Job Description
Position Title: Business Analyst – Content Management Consolidation Duration: 12 Months with possibility to extend Location: Remote Number of Openings: 2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Heads-down analysis of data from business units
Requirement gathering, documenting workflows and processes
Independent work on meetings with users; team should not need to sit on calls
Support content management system consolidation and migration
Must-Have Requirements:
Mesh well with his teams current culture Experience with OnBase (Hyland) content management application
Experience configuring/administrating the application
Experience on large-scale consolidation/migration projects (up to 600M documents, hundreds of doc types)
Comfortable in highly regulated environments (banking preferred; insurance acceptable)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience across multiple project types and industries
Lead experience or supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Banking and financial services domain experience
Certifications in applications (OnBase/Hyland, DocuSign, COFAX, OpenText)
Work Samples / Certifications / Assessments Required:
Certifications in OnBase/Hyland highly recommended (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
Candidate Selling Points:

Exposure to complex content management systems and regulated environments
