Professional Experience • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in backend development. • Extensive experience with both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms. • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems in a multicloud environment. Technical Expertise • Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#. • Strong understanding and practical experience with RESTful API design and implementation. • Hands-on experience with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. • Demonstrated expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • In-depth knowledge of serverless computing technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices. Cloud-Specific Knowledge • Deep understanding of Azure and AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security. • Experience with cloud-native development and deployment strategies. • Ability to manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance. Security and Compliance • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices. • Experience with maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Performance and Optimization • Proven track record of monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of backend systems. • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability and reliability. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) • Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar. Additional Skills (Preferred) • Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform). • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. • Understanding of networking concepts and best practices for cloud infrastructure.
