Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world.
It also plays a critical role in risk management and control, helping to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation.
For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, Operations develops the processes and controls that make business flow.
As part of our team, you will support key operational functions and contribute to the firm's strategic goals through data-driven insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to Enterprise Risk Management Framework reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Engage with working groups and committees, representing Operations and driving forward key initiatives.
Contribute to weekly summaries, highlighting key operational updates and risk items.
Develop and maintain metric reporting dashboards to support business transparency and performance tracking.
Manage monthly budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Be entrepreneurial - you will be encouraged to share your thoughts on how to develop and improve processes.
Leverage your risk & control mind-set to regularly review operational processes to mitigate risk and identify opportunities to further strengthen the control environment.
Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
Apply organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
Demonstrated experience in project management and organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
