Asset & Wealth Management Operations Asset & Wealth Management - Asset Management Operations?is responsible for front-to-back operational support to the Client’s Asset Management and Merchant Bank businesses in service, delivery, and processing functions across the trade, client, and product lifecycle.
Your Impact The Portfolio Servicing team supports businesses which deal with a varied variety of traditional and alternative products across equity and loans. The teams execute within a front to back operating model, delivering support across the client, product, and investment lifecycle with the ultimate aim of delivering greater accuracy, control and efficiency for our clients and our business. The role provides a great opportunity to work with colleagues across multiple Deal Teams, Operations, Controllers, Legal, Credit, Asset Managers, Compliance, Technology and Treasury to ensure that we provide excellent client service.?
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential The team is responsible for -?
servicing a robust portfolio and conducting daily exception monitoring and break resolution
interaction with middle office teams, sales teams, controllers, and other internal teams to resolve transactional issues and to collaborate on process and product enhancements and improvements
risk management of the firm's cash flows related to lending and trading activities. Settlement functions include support of trading/sales, settlement execution and daily reporting while accurately managing the firm’s books and records.
Perform regular due diligence by evaluating client payments inbound and outbound globally
reviewing legal documents and ad-hoc reports for the client and internal business groups
? Skills And Experience We’re Looking For Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree?
3+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field.?
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
