Description:
Acts as a liaison between Sales and corporate departments to ensure compliance and timely completion of tasks.
Works to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts.
Executes against plan and shows progress towards individual and team goals, as well as communicates effectively to internal clients while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
Assesses and determines areas of a proposal that may represent a potential liability to the organization and works with Legal, Commercial Operations, and other relevant departments to gain agreement on acceptable terms for the business and the client.
Works with Field Sales and Sales Engineering Teams to facilitate proposal development via a list of defined criteria.
Creates and modifies Sales proposals within the Allscripts Quote Tools.
Uses discovery details to interpret client needs.
Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals.
Manages communications and feedback from Sales Executives related to proposal processing and quality.
Engages Deal Review Process as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance to business expectations at time of proposal presentation by the field to the client.
Obtains the necessary approvals for procedural and legal compliance
Qualification and Requirement: 2 years’ experience in an office environment using Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word) might be most important.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e. Word, Excel- pivot tables, formulas, Outlook) • Proficient in Salesforce.com • Standard work week Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM • Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time
